Hi,

         My name is Tim Deabenderfer and I have worked for over 28 years installing siding. I moved my family to Bonner County in 1989. I worked in Spokane, Washington for several years. After checking the area I realized there was no local siding companies and the residents who wanted vinyl or steel siding would have to get someone from Coeur d'Alene or Spokane to do the work and would be charged an out-of-area fee. So, I decided that Bonner County needed its own Siding company.

      April of 1994, I started Panhandle Siding. At that time I did everything: salesman, installation and accounting. In March 1995, I hired my dad, Len Deabenderfer to be my salesman. I also hired some installers to help me do installation. In 1996, I purchased a seamless gutter machine. In 2000, My wife, Anita, and I incorporated to become Panhandle Siding, Ltd. In 2003, I took over the position of salesman. As the salesman, I enjoy meeting everyone getting to know them and helping them to improve the looks of their home.

      Panhandle Siding, Ltd, we install all types of siding - steel, vinyl, cedar, wood and concrete siding, windows, soffit, fascia, special bent wraps around doors, windows and other exposed wood that may need covered, and gutters. To give our customers a maintenance free home.
